Looted Billion of Rupees Context of Fuel Adjustment

It has been revealed that billions of rupees have been withdrawn from the pockets of electricity consumers this year due to fuel price adjustment. According to the report of Express News, Nepra documents revealed that in the first 7 months of this year, 560 billion was collected from electricity consumers in the name of huge fuel price adjustment. In January, the price of electricity increased by Rs 5 94 paise and in February by Rs 4 25 paise per unit.
